Initially, there are challenges due to the absence of a UX design process and a lack of user research, resulting in poor user acceptance of the first version. This necessitated a comprehensive redesign of the entire product, spanning user journeys, user flows, and page views.

The main challenge was the initial negative user impression leading to reluctance in using the product. This hindered the use of methods like heat maps or usability testing, requiring a fresh start in user research.

Overcoming another challenge involved navigating through newly developed features and connections, requiring a delicate equilibrium between making optimal decisions and extensive code rewriting.

Moreover, a significant portion of stakeholders and developers were attached to the current version's creation. Convincing them about the need for an immediate redesign after the recent product release was a notable challenge.

The product had a cluttered interface, making it difficult for users to navigate and find essential features. The product's pre-configured workflows do not align with users' work processes and lack customization options, making it less engaging and user-friendly.

The improved onboarding process resulted in a 35% increase in new user adoption rates.
